How to use the Single V |
Place bottom point of sail in your lap so that you are seated
comfortably
Sail downwind with wind blowing at your back. |

To go upwind, tilt sail over either shoulder at a 45 degree
angle to the wind (see diagram)
Simply relax and you're sailing!
